Shipping Policy

Processing Time – Orders are processed within 2 business days of payment clearance. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Carriers – We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Tracking Information – Customers receive tracking details as soon as their order ships.
Delays & Damages – If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@peakrecoverysystems.com within 48 hours of receipt for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

Standard Return Policy – Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Supplier-Specific Policies – Some manufacturers have different return policies. If a product follows a supplier-specific policy, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
Custom Orders & Final Sale Items – Personalized, made-to-order, or clearance items cannot be returned unless defective—provided the defect was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
