Do you install or assemble the equipment?
No. Biohaxys is an equipment supplier only. Most products ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse.
Some items—such as saunas, massage chairs, or hydrotherapy systems—may require professional installation or assembly, which is the customer’s responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
We offer Economy Shipping, which delivers in 5–8 business days within the United States.
This delivery window reflects the total time from when the order is placed to when it arrives at your address.

- Product type
Do you offer free shipping?
We do not offer free shipping.
Biohaxys charges a flat $10 shipping rate for Economy Shipping (5–8 business days).
Any additional freight fees for oversized items—if required—will be clearly shown at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Most unused items in their original condition can be returned within 20 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and undamaged
- All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included
- A proof of purchase is required
Return shipping is free, and no restocking fees apply.
Some products—such as cold plunges, HBOT chambers, and saunas—cannot be returned if opened or used.

What if something arrives damaged?
Please inspect all items upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item is delivered:

Yes. Biohaxys sells at official manufacturer pricing.
If you find the same product, with the same terms, from another authorized dealer, we will match it.
