Do you install or assemble the equipment?
No. Biohaxys is an equipment supplier only. Most products ship directly from the manufacturer or distribution warehouse. Some items—such as saunas, massage chairs, or hydrotherapy systems—may require professional installation or assembly, which is the customer’s responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by product and destination. In-stock items typically ship within 2–5 business days. Larger freight items, such as saunas or cold plunge systems, may take 7–14 business days depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule. Any delays or special delivery instructions will be communicated at checkout or via email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Most products ship free within the continental United States. Some exceptions apply for remote-area surcharges, liftgate service, or oversized freight. Any additional charges will be clearly disclosed before checkout.
