Return & Refund Policy

At Biohaxys, we strive to provide a transparent and reliable shopping experience for all customers. Because many of our products are oversized, freight-delivered, specialty wellness products, return eligibility may vary by manufacturer and product category.

Standard Return Eligibility – 20 Days

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, eligible products may be returned within 20 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable & Restricted Return Items

The following items are generally non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Opened or used saunas

  • Opened or used cold plunge systems

  • Opened or used HBOT chambers

  • Hygiene-sensitive wellness products

  • Custom-built or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

Certain manufacturers may have stricter return requirements, shorter return windows, or restocking fees. Any manufacturer-specific policies will be noted on the applicable product page when available.

Manufacturer-Specific Return Conditions

Some brands and manufacturers may require:

  • Return requests within a shorter timeframe

  • Original unopened packaging

  • Inspection prior to approval

  • Restocking fees

  • Freight return coordination

For example, certain oversized wellness products or specialty equipment may be subject to manufacturer restocking fees or return deductions once opened or shipped.

Freight Delivery & Inspection

Many Biohaxys products ship via freight carriers or scheduled specialty delivery services.

Customers should inspect shipments upon delivery and note any visible freight damage before signing for the shipment whenever possible.

If concealed shipping damage is discovered after delivery, customers should contact Biohaxys promptly and provide photographs of the damage and packaging.

How To Request A Return

To initiate a return request, please contact our support team and include:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item and packaging if damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once reviewed, Biohaxys will provide return authorization instructions if the return is approved.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Biohaxys will work with the customer and manufacturer to resolve the issue appropriately.

Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed within approximately 10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping or freight charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or carrier damage

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible unopened products, depending on manufacturer policies and inventory availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders may generally be canceled before shipment processing begins.

Once an order has shipped, freight charges, return shipping costs, manufacturer deductions, or restocking fees may apply depending on the product and manufacturer.
