At Biohaxys, we strive to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable delivery experience for every customer.

Free Standard Shipping

Most orders shipped within the continental United States qualify for free standard shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Certain oversized, custom-built, commercial, specialty, or freight-delivered products may require additional shipping arrangements or charges. If applicable, we will contact you prior to shipment processing.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Most in-stock orders are processed within approximately 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on:

  • Manufacturer inventory availability

  • Product type

  • Freight scheduling

  • Customization requirements

  • Carrier routing

  • Delivery destination

Many Biohaxys products ship directly from manufacturers or supplier fulfillment partners and may require extended lead times depending on the item ordered.

Tracking information will be provided once available.

Freight Deliveries

Large wellness products such as saunas, cold plunges, hyperbaric chambers, massage chairs, and commercial wellness equipment may ship via freight carrier or specialty delivery service.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring adequate delivery access

  • Verifying dimensions and fitment prior to delivery

  • Inspecting shipments upon arrival

Additional services such as threshold delivery, white glove delivery, liftgate service, room placement, or installation assistance may be available for select products depending on the manufacturer and delivery region.

Shipping Delays

While Biohaxys works closely with manufacturers and logistics partners to provide timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Manufacturer lead times

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Supply chain constraints

Biohaxys is not responsible for delays outside our direct control, but we will assist customers with shipment tracking and communication whenever possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please notify Biohaxys within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipment condition whenever possible.

Please do not discard packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed and resolved.

Returns & Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Many products are subject to manufacturer-specific return policies, restocking fees, freight deductions, or non-returnable conditions due to customization, hygiene, or commercial classification.
