This is exactly what I was looking for. Super easy to assemble and only requires standard electric outlet. Although my pain is minimal and mostly self inflicted from sports and exercise, it has made my recovery time that much better. I love my sauna

I like the nice quality of the wood, the smell of Hemlock is wonderful. Very nicely made. We ended up taking off the glass door before assembling, makes it easier to manipulate
