Redwoods Outdoors is a fantastic company. I called several times for support and they were extremely helpful. The sauna is easy to assemble and the quality of the materials are superior. If you are looking for quality and attractive sauna, look no further!

I recently purchased and assembled a Redwood 4 person cabin sauna over a concrete and tile support pad. I am fortunate to live close to Redwood Outdoors to be able to see and enter into the unit.I have been impressed with the showroom area and the attentive courteous service I received and continue to receive from the Redwood people. The assembly of the unit, at first a bewildering pile of lumber, turned out to be fun. ; not that much unlike Lincoln logs from another era. The construction manual was easy to follow; the parts fit together without a hitch. My only criticism is with the screws included,which ,in my mind need an upgrade ( a few stripped heads going into hard wood). The process took three days and continues with minor tweaks. Concerning function, the sauna provides a perfect amount of heat; I am looking forward to years of enjoyment.

We LOVE our sauna, it's truly been life changing. Having the ability to hop in there at the end of a workday to unwind before bed has noticeably improved our sleep and stress levels. My husband and I look forwards to our sauna time every night after we put the kids to bed. The team at Redwood has been incredible- my husband was able to assemble the entire sauna by himself over two days. Anytime he had a question, the Redwood team was super responsive and quick to point us in the right direction. When we asked a question about pouring a concrete pad to support the sauna, the CX team member even offered to provide pictures and measurements of the one they have at their own home as an additional resource - truly above and beyond customer experience. Now that we've been in the sauna for three weeks we have no complaints- the quality of the wood and product are top notch. Excited to enjoy for many years to come!!
