Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Currently, we do not ship to: Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Armed Forces addresses (Americas, Europe, Pacific).

Handling & Order Cut-Off

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM (PST, GMT-08:00)

Shipping Delays: Delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, holiday periods, or USPS errors.

Shipping Status & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email immediately, rest assured your delivery is scheduled according to the estimated date provided at checkout.

Order Changes & Address Updates

• Notify us immediately if changes are required. Custom or pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged.
• To update your shipping address, contact support@biohaxys.com or call +1 866-350-8707 within 24 hours of placing your order. Changes cannot be made once your order is in transit.
• Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will incur additional shipping charges.

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it:

• Contact the courier to locate your shipment.
