I actually put it together myself but would recommend getting help if your aren't able to move the pieces by yourself. Very good buy. Just be aware there isn't any space for a back rest so you can't really laid back because Heaters aren't spaced out. If you are a bigger person this might be really a 1 person sauna. Im 6'4 290 and I fit comfortably but definitely can't have no one else in there. The radio is awesome, doe have bluetooth mode so you can sync your phone
