How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days via USPS or FedEx in the United States, with $10.00 shipping on all orders.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, We only ship to United States now but in future will look to expand to other countries.

What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined or interrupted, your order will not be confirmed. Please ensure your billing details are accurate. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is successfully completed.

What is your return window?

Customers in the United States may return eligible items within 20 days of receiving their order. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you receive a defective, faulty, or incorrect item, biohaxys covers the return shipping cost. If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non‑refundable.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No, biohaxys does not charge any restocking fees.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
